Zuerst brauchen wir natürlich unsere Base, meine ist ein ein Bild von Kate aus Serie Navy CIS:

Das Endergebnis hängt natürlich immer von eure Base ab, wenn eure so aussieht:

wird dieses Tut eher weniger behilflich sein...
Immer ein wenig mit den Einstellunge herum spielen^^.

Etwas mehr Helligkeit wäre nicht schlecht, 4 mal Ebene duplizieren, auf umgekehrt/negativ multiplizieren setzen;
4 mal weil das Bild durch die späteren Füllebenen dunkler werden wird.

Jetzt habe ich diese Scratch Texture (ich weiß leider nicht wer sie gemacht hat, Sorry) eingefügt, wer das nicht will kann das natürlich lassen.
Mischmodus Farbig abwedeln in meinem Fall, außerdem rechts überm Gesicht maskiert, kommt aber auf's Bild an...

At first we need, of course, our base, mine is a picture of Kate of the tv-show NCIS:

The result is of course up to your base, if yours look like this:

this tutorial wouldn't help you...
Always play around a bit with your settings^^.

For more brightness, duplicate your base 4 times, set to screen, 4 times because the picture will become darker later, when we add fill layers.

I used Color Dodge, and added a mask over her face, but this is up to the picture...

layer, Midtones: 0, 0, -5 should have the same effect.
